3DP Roadshow

Dear Customers –

Out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our customers and employees, we are cancelling our traveling demo, also known as the ‘3DP Roadshow’. We apologize to those that will have their event canceled and we look forward to rescheduling as soon as practical.

We are also putting travel restrictions in place for our outside sales team and technicians. Following the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we will be limiting travel to areas with known outbreaks of COVID-2019 (Coronavirus). 

In order to limit the impact on our customers needing service, we will be increasing the tools at the disposal of our technicians and enable the use of video conferencing and screen-sharing technologies to improve remote support. For customers that have warranty issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we will open our service bureau to them to ensure their projects stay on track.
