Innovations in 3D Printing: 3D Platform to Exhibit at ATX West, Anaheim, CA
3D Platform is partnering with PBC Linear?to exhibit and demonstrate the 3DP1000, a large-format 3D printer at the 2015 Automation Technology Expo (ATX) West?show, held on February 10 – 12, at the Anaheim Convention Center, California. The 3DP1000 is an open-platform, large-format 3D printer with a print area 74x larger than the average desktop printer. The 3DP1000 utilizes lead screw driven SIMO Series linear actuator?from PBC Linear, which enables industrial strength and high precision grade 3D printing over the large build area of 1 meter x 1 meter x 0.5 meter. Come visit 3D Platform in the PBC Linear booth, and witness the SIMO enabled, industrial strength, large-format 3D printing at the?Anaheim Convention Center?Hall B, booth 4583.

The ?Innovations in 3D Printing conference? covers the 3D printing industry and its uses in manufacturing, highlighting key insights into how industries can maximize the efficiency of their current processes by using 3D printing in their design and manufacturing processes. ?It?s an exciting time for the 3D printing industry, especially with its expanding uses in additive manufacturing,? said DeBiase. ?The Innovations in 3D Printing Conference at ATX West is an outstanding opportunity for industry trailblazers to collaborate and discuss new ways 3D printing can revolutionize manufacturing processes.? Key topics to be discussed during the conference include:
- Preparing for the Revolution; 3D Printing in Design and Manufacturing;
- New Material Developments for 3D Printing;
- Enabling factors in 3D Printing Revolution; Software, hardware and legal concerns.
