#AMUG Presentation: Printer’s Dilemma – Balancing Speed, Quality & Cost

The Additive Manufacturing Users Group (#AMUG2017) conference was a great success. Over 1300 people have registered for the whole week. Today, kicks off some of the keynotes and presentations. Tomorrow, 3D Platform President, Jonathan Schroeder will be presenting: A Printer’s Development – Balancing Speed, Quality & Cost at 11:30 am – 12:00 pm in Continental B (Lobby Level).

The discussion will open your eyes to how you can potentially save your company time, money, and dramatically improve your additive throughput.

To optimize the trade-offs between cost, speed, and surface quality to maximize value for the business and innovate faster.

To provide options for producing parts more quickly through the combination of larger nozzles, higher layer heights and post processing.

To understand the potential to drastically reduce cost and increase throughput by right-sizing surface quality.
