3D Platform WorkSeries Overview
3D Platform features the WorkSeries™ family of industrial 3D printer platforms, expanding on the capability of the industry leading Workbench FFF 3D printer. With build areas up to 1m x 1.5m x 0.7m, and a family of extruders that give you the power to choose from printing fine surface finishes up to 16 times faster than industry standard extruders, the WorkSeries is designed to be a rugged solution for a wide range of applications.

Beginning with some stats on the base model, 100 Series Worktable. Build area: 1 m X 1 m X .5 m (Z). Comes with a standard 8-bit processor and dual head volcano extruders that can basically print about 1- 5 pounds of spool in a day.
The next step up is the 200 Series Workbench Classic. Same build area as the “100”: 1 m X 1 m X .5 m (Z). Comes with an upgraded servo motor and touchscreen with 32-bit processor that offers better control, and higher quality prints. Users can also opt for the higher output of the HFA extruder.
The 300 Series Workbench Pro is probably the most popular model for 3DP Platform right now. It has a larger build area at 1 m X 1 m X .7 m (Z), and offers users other capabilities like upgraded controls, servo motors, and an HFE 300 extruder. This high-powered extruder comes with a water-cooled system and the ability to crank more volume throughput per hour.
The 400 Series Workbench Extreme is really beefed to handle bigger industrial applications. Build area: 1 m X 1.5 m X .7 m (Z). This is setup to use any of the extruders including the HFE 900. The 900’s use a 6 mm diameter filament, and with that users can handle 16 of these 5 lbs rolls in the same 24-hour period.
